Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised items from our Anniversary Gifts or Bar Excellence collections (unless faulty)
  • Paperweights from our Caithness Paperweights collection (all sales final due to their delicate nature)
  • Ceramic items from our Ceramic Art Vases range must be inspected for damage before return approval

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package securely – use original packaging with all protective materials (especially important for fragile items like our British Made Glassware)
  4. Ship the item – we recommend using a tracked service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Process

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged item from our Athena Bowls or Caithness Glass collections:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item

International Returns

For customers outside the UK returning items from our ALL DRINKWARE COLLECTIONS:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
