Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note:
- Personalised items from our Anniversary Gifts or Bar Excellence collections cannot be returned unless faulty
- Paperweights from our Caithness Paperweights collection are final sale due to their delicate nature
- Ceramic items from our Ceramic Art Vases range must be inspected for damage before return
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package securely – use original packaging with all protective materials for fragile items like our British Made Glassware
- Ship the item – we recommend using a tracked service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
- Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Process
Once we receive and approve your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged item from our Athena Bowls or Caithness Glass collections:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
International Returns
For customers outside the UK returning items from our ALL DRINKWARE COLLECTIONS:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
