Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We offer:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): DHL/FedEx delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping: EMS service for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
All orders receive the same careful packaging from our Exeter workshop.
Q: Why does delivery take longer to some countries?
A: As we don’t compromise on careful packaging, plus customs processing times vary. For time-sensitive gifts from our Anniversary Gifts collection, we recommend ordering 4-6 weeks in advance.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Ceramic Art Vases and Caithness Paperweights require special repackaging – please contact us first.
Q: My item arrived damaged – what should I do?
A: We sincerely apologize. Please email photos to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Our glassmakers will prepare a replacement with extra protective packaging.
Q: Can I exchange for a different collection item?
A: Certainly! Whether switching from Cocktail and Martini Glasses to Beer & Cider Glasses, we’ll guide you through the exchange process while ensuring your new pieces meet our quality standards.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your handcrafted items begin their journey from our 44 High St, Exeter workshop.
Q: Do you offer product care advice?
A: Indeed. Our artisans have prepared special care instructions for each collection – from Bloom vases to Armchair Spirits glassware. These are included with your order and available upon request.
Q: Can I visit your physical store?
